Every Elektron project begins with a rigorous pre-construction process — detailed take-offs, material pre-purchasing, shop drawing coordination, and manpower forecasting. By the time our crews mobilize, every circuit is planned and every conflict is resolved.
In the field, our foremen run tight crews with daily production goals and weekly schedule reviews. Our project managers maintain direct GC relationships and manage RFIs and submittals with a 48-hour turnaround commitment.
